Neuradix Manufacturing

Run the factory floor without replacing the ERP.

Neuradix Manufacturing is the planned standalone manufacturing execution and operations product for production, material flow, quality and traceability. It is intended to connect business planning with the people, inventory and equipment that execute production.

Product directionMES / shop-floor executionERP-connected
The product direction is informed by manufacturing workflows already implemented in deployed systems, including operator and storekeeper execution. Product extraction, a neutral manufacturing domain model, connector boundaries and commercial packaging remain ahead before Neuradix Manufacturing is presented as a standalone release.

Execution belongs close to production.

The ERP remains authoritative for business masters, planning and financial valuation. Neuradix Manufacturing is intended to own shop-floor execution events and return actual production, material consumption and quality results through explicit connectors.

Production execution

Operator workspaces, production queues, start/pause/resume state, material consumption, output, rejects, labels and production completion.

Material execution

Storekeeper workflows for consolidated requirements, staging, FIFO allocation, batches, pallets, WIP replenishment and production returns.

Quality

Configurable receiving, in-process and packaging inspections with specifications, sampling, pass/fail rules and escalation rather than customer-specific paper forms embedded as product logic.

Traceability

Batch and lot genealogy linking raw materials, production orders, consumption, outputs, quality events and downstream finished goods.

ERP connectors

ERPNext is the natural first connector from the existing implementation. Atlas is intended to become a native Neuradix integration, with other ERP systems able to connect through the same product boundary.

Resilient execution

Shop-floor work should not stop because an ERP or WAN link is temporarily unavailable. The intended architecture uses local operational state, durable events, idempotent synchronisation and recovery-aware connectors.

With Atlas

Plan in Atlas. Execute in Manufacturing.

Atlas can own MRP, business inventory, costing and accounting while Manufacturing handles the detailed operator, material, quality and traceability workflows on the factory floor.

With Robotics Platform

Add machine integration without making it mandatory.

The Robotics Platform can become a deeper Neuradix machine-control and telemetry integration. Manufacturing should also remain connectable to existing industrial equipment and third-party automation systems.

Manufacturing is being shaped as a standalone product.
